Preparation

1. What documents do I need to rent a car?

You will need a valid driver’s license, a government-issued ID or passport under the renter’s name.

2. Can I rent a specific car model?

You can request a specific model, but availability is not guaranteed. You’ll receive a car within the same class or upgrade if your choice isn’t available.

3. Can I rent a car for long-distance or cross-border travel?

Yes, but certain restrictions and additional fees may apply. Always inform us if you plan to cross cities borders to ensure proper documentation.

Payment

1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards with certain restrictions, and select digital wallets. Cash payments are accepted also.

2. Is a deposit required when renting a car?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is held during the rental period. The amount varies by vehicle type and rental location.

3. Are taxes and fees included in the quoted price?

Yes, the quoted price includes base rental charges, taxes, and standard fees. Optional services, insurance, and add-ons are extra.

Reservation

1. How can I make a car rental reservation?

You can reserve online through our website or by contacting our customer service team directly.

2. How far in advance should I make a reservation?

To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during holidays or peak travel seasons.

3. Can I reserve a car for someone else?

Yes, but the person picking up the vehicle must meet all rental requirements and present the necessary documents in their own name.

Cancellation Policy

1. What is your general cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your scheduled pickup time without penalty.

2. What happens if I cancel within 72 hours?

If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled pickup, a ₱1,500 cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded, minus any bank transfer fees.

3. How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation by either:
